Technical Recruiting Coordinator

Contract-to-Hire | Onsite 5 Days/Week, Marina Del Rey, CA | $35-$45hr (negotiable for the right candidate) Potential Equity Upon Conversion

Overview

A rapidly growing SaaS technology company is seeking a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team during a period of significant growth. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS or technology environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and has experience supporting multiple technical searches simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and hiring managers
• Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate hiring
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process
• Manage complex interview scheduling and calendar coordination
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data accuracy
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
• Coordinate background checks, offer logistics, and onboarding activities
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through hire
• Assist with recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives as the organization continues to scale

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience in a tech-based environment
• Experience within a SaaS, software, startup, or technology-driven environment
• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent requisitions and interview processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Marina Del Rey
