You’ll support high-end M&A and corporate matters by drafting and negotiating key deal documents, including stock/asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition documents, governance agreements, employment agreements, and NDAs , while partnering closely with clients and deal teams to keep transactions moving from diligence through close.
This role is ideal for an associate with 2–4 years of M&A transactional experience looking to escape the Big Law work environment. Associates are expected to have excellent writing skills, strong judgment, and a collaborative, upbeat approach. California bar required.
- Comp: $200,000–$230,000 base salary + bonus
- $2,500 business development budget
- Hybrid Work Schedule (up to 3 days/week remote)
- Billables: 1,800 hours
