Position Title: Key Account Manager – Regal On-Premise: Artisan Division
Department: Sales
Reports to: Director of Sales – Regal Artisan Division

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow and foster professional relationships with AAA accounts in assigned territory
- Achieve sales goals and incentives within assigned territory.Goals may include new placements, cases, and revenue
- Partner with Regal Sales Representatives to drive volume on specific wines in the Artisan Portfolio
- Provide educational wine training to accounts and staff through tastings, seminars and special events
- Develop and continue to build relationships with Regal Wine Company Management and supplier partners
- Construct unique wine presentations that embrace Regal Wine Co company standards, programs and initiatives and elevate trade credibility
- Maintain territory and drive new business. Prioritize and preplan daily for each account to maximize efficiency and territory growth
- Deliver sales presentations using wine knowledge, ROI, margins and pour costs
- Communicate pertinent information between management, accounts and marketplace
- Ability to effectively present one-on-one or in a group setting
- Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills to increase professional acumen
- Ability to adapt to and respond to change quickly
- Other duties may be assigned by Director of Sales, Artisan Division
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of wine sales experience required
- Available to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends for special events
- Ability to travel within California up to 6x per year, out of the territory, for education and training
- Able to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitively
- Must possess a current driver’s license; maintain current auto insurance and a clean driving record
WAGE TRANSPARENCY:
The annual salary for this role ranges from $71,000-$120,000. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
In addition to the salary, Artisan Key Account Managers are eligible for a discretionary bonus, $500 a month auto allowance, gas card for business, company issued cell phone, paid home internet (up to $50/month), expense account and other sales incentives.
