Job Description
Visa’s Global FX & Cross Border Solutions team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product initiatives and develop capabilities that support exotic currency expansion and address the cross-border needs of international merchants and payment facilitators (payfacs). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the foreign exchange (FX) market, multicurrency solutions, cross-border payments, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for FX & Cross Border Solutions, including ideation, design, development, launch, and ongoing management.
- Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that supports the expansion of exotic currencies and meets the cross-border payment needs of international merchants and payfacs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Engage with external partners, such as financial institutions, payment processors, and technology providers, to build and enhance product capabilities.
- Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on FX & cross-border payments, both internally and externally.
- Champion the needs of international merchants and payfacs, ensuring that Visa’s solutions address their unique challenges and requirements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure that products comply with relevant laws and standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on FX, cross-border payments, or financial technology. • Strong knowledge of the FX market, currency trading, and cross-border payment processes. • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products in a global environment. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working with international merchants and payfacs is highly desirable. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, and product roadmapping software.Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
