Role: AI Solution Architect

Experience: 8–12 years

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or equivalent

Role Overview As an AI Solution Architect, you will own the end-to-end technical blueprint for AI ingestion connectors, action frameworks, and agent integrations.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead design workshops to define connector schemas, mapping matrices, and action specifications Architect and document HLDs, LLDs, authentication flows, error taxonomies, and NFRs
• Design secure OAuth2 / OBO flows, identity propagation, and service-to-service communication
• Define integration patterns for AI ingestion pipelines, grounding workflows, and action connectors
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance during build cycles and ensure design adherence
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize API performance and reliability
• Validate data quality, semantic grounding, and retrieval accuracy
• Support testing activities: unit testing, integration validation, UAT, and production rollout
• Prepare deployment guides, runbooks, CI/CD documentation, and post-deployment knowledge transfer

Must-Have Technical Skills :-

• AI Integration & Connector Design (3–5 years)Ingestion connectors, action connectors, schema mapping
• Field-level policies, normalization, validation frameworks AI Platform & GCP Stack Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions IAM, Secret Manager, API Gateway Terraform, Cloud Build, CI/CD pipelines Agent & Workflow Integration Multi-agent pipelines, context models, session identifiers OBO flows, service-to-agent interactions Retrieval & Reliability
• Embeddings, hybrid search, retrieval validation Error handling, idempotency, testing frameworks
• Microservices Engineering (5+ years)Secure, resilient microservices
• Structured logging, retries, backoff strategies Correlation IDs and observability best practices

S oft Skills & Leadership Traits

• Strong client-facing communication with clear articulation of technical decisions
• Ability to lead design walkthroughs and drive cross-team alignment
• Detail-oriented, structured, and dependable execution style
• Collaborative, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing requirements
• Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira / Azure DevOps
• Proactive status updates and ownership mindset
• Expected Outcomes Production-ready ingestion and action connectors meeting defined SLAs Fully documented architectures, mapping matrices, and integration patterns .
