Creative Producer

OVAL's strength lies in devising creative solutions and producing high-profile projects. The Creative Producer takes the lead in developing these amazing productions, inspires the creative team and studio, and stimulates innovative ideas. You are able to work independently and collaboratively with the creative and production team to realize projects in an international context.

You are the partner for both the creative team and our live production project managers, who are also your direct team. You are an enthusiastic concept developer who knows how to transform creative ideas into creative, experiential, and effective brand experiences such as activations and events. You are familiar with storytelling, event journeys, video productions, live entertainment, show production, interactive demos, formats for break-out sessions, etcetera.

In addition, you inspire others within the organization and introduce innovative ideas to ensure the creative level. You are proactive, have a hands-on mentality, and enjoy looking for innovative solutions and new possibilities. You know how to bring plans to life and present them convincingly to clients.

What are your tasks?

• You bring our mission "We connect. For real" to life.

• Together with the creative team, you think about how client issues and creative concepts can come to life in (live) productions.

• You work with your colleagues from the live production team to produce these ideas.

• You are involved in the preparation and execution on location to execute creative productions to perfection.

• You know the ins and outs of executing complex productions/events, for different clients in varying locations and situations.

• You support the junior members of the team in a way that leads to optimal mutual results and coordinate with seniors and team leads to achieve the best solutions.

• You research the wishes and needs of clients and know how to translate them into creative solutions that fit their brand and organization.

• You pick up important information, both within and outside the organization. You listen carefully, ask questions and help other team members show interest in ideas and opinions.

• You present ideas in a clear, enthusiastic and convincing manner, tailored to the audience.

• Together with the team, you have a role in inspiring and motivating each other in the field of innovative concepts, methods and techniques.

• You work according to the procedures within the organization in accordance with the established "way of working".

Who are you as a professional?

• You have more than 3 years of experience in creative production. Experience at an agency is a plus.

• You have an HBO, Bachelor's degree in art or media with a portfolio of recent creative work and preferably with live communication examples (3D thinking, experiences, brand activation, events)

• You are curious by nature with attention to detail.

• You have a critical eye for quality but you don't get caught up in perfectionism.

• Proactive and enterprising: your hands are always itching to get started.

• You have a team spirit and know how to work well with colleagues and partners.

• You can communicate clearly and work under pressure at times.

• You have a good command of Dutch and English.

• Proactive and enterprising: you take initiative and actively look for innovative possibilities within projects.
