Relevant factors may include: aspects of your training; your previous experimental or theoretical work; the collaborators you envision working with at UCSF; how you would benefit from and contribute to the scientific environment at UCSF; the key goals of your future research program. • C. Contributions to Science. Briefly describe up to five of your most significant contributions to science. The description of each contribution should be no longer than 300 words.
      • For each contribution, include the following:

        • The central finding(s);
        • The influence of the finding(s) on the progress of science or the application of those finding(s) to health or technology; and;
        • Your specific role in the described work.

    • D. Link to published work. Include a single link to your published work (including preprints), NIH My Bibliography, Google Scholar, or ORCID are all acceptable.
