• Coordinate asset delivery and trafficking across creative, media, lifecycle, and partner teams for global use.
• Serve as a key liaison between creative, media, and product teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
• Confidently lead internal status updates when needed, capturing next steps and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.
• Help track campaign performance, collect metrics, and prepare post-campaign recaps for internal distribution.
• Step into project management tasks as needed - such as maintaining workflow systems, tracking milestones, and managing meeting cadences to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Combat Sports marketing team, including senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in media or marketing, preferably in sports

• Shown ability to meet deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred
Additional Qualifications:
• Previous experience working directly with combat sports, leagues or broadcasters.
