CDL A Regional Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL regional drivers, including recent driving school graduates, to operate 53' refrigerated (reefer) trailers in the Western 11 regional lanes. This position involves 100% no-touch freight and requires adherence to all federal, state, and company safety and regulatory requirements.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport refrigerated freight within assigned Western 11 regional lanes.
  • Perform 100% no-touch deliveries and maintain accurate trip, cargo, and log documentation in accordance with regulations and company policy.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or safety concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders as required to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and company safety regulations and procedures, including hours-of-service and cargo securement requirements.
  • Complete required training with an assigned trainer/mentor and participate in ongoing safety and compliance programs.
• Job Details and Schedule
  • Operating lanes: Western 11 regional lanes.
  • Freight type: 100% no-touch refrigerated (reefer) freight.
  • Training: 4–6 weeks OTR/regional training with a trainer/mentor required for drivers with less than six months’ experience; drivers proceed to solo regional runs upon successful completion of training.
  • Home time: Bi-weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset at home.
  • Schedule: Drivers must be willing to operate during day or night shifts as required by route assignments.
  • Estimated mileage: Approximately 1,800–2,200 miles per week (may vary by run and experience).
• Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,300 (dependent on miles and experience).
  • Pay per mile: $0.51 per mile.
  • Trainee pay: $680 per week during the 4–6 week training period for drivers with less than six months’ experience.
  • Stop pay: $15 per stop.
  • Monthly bonus: Performance- and safety-based monthly bonus opportunity.

• Minimum Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL and minimum age 21.
  • Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
  • Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.
  • Not terminated from most recent employment for any reason.
  • No DUI convictions; no certain felonies or misdemeanors within the past five years (all offenses will be reviewed as part of the safety assessment).
  • Demonstrated stable work history over the past 10 years, with no major gaps in employment (generally at least six months of employment in the last year and at least one year in the last three years).
  • Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
