Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting student success and well-being in an educational environment. This position is scheduled for the 2026-2027 school year, beginning in early August and continuing through the end of January, offering the chance to have a direct impact on school communities.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid credential or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience providing psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention in K-12 settings.
- Proficient in conducting evaluations, writing reports, and developing IEPs.
- Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and positive behavior support.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students, including consultation, assessment, and direct support.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams for eligibility, placement, and program planning.
- Support development and implementation of behavioral management programs.
- Guide and consult with educators and families to promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
