Bachelor degree in Operations Management or relevant field
Strong experience in Data Analytics- In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Must possess an understanding of B2C e-Commerce sales and operations management
- Ability to think analytically and efficiently while performing daily operations
- At least 3+ years of working experience in operations
- Hands-on experience with budget development and oversight experience
- Applicable knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Creative, entrepreneurship is a plus
- Family or knowledge about supply chain is a plus
