Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Data & AI
EPAM is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the North America go-to-market strategy for our Data & AI partner ecosystem. You'll own the development and execution of co-marketing programs that advance EPAM's positioning alongside key partners — including NVIDIA, Databricks, Anthropic, and Snowflake — driving pipeline, joint campaigns, and thought leadership that reinforce EPAM as a leader in AI-native transformation.

Responsibilities
- Build and own the North America partner marketing strategy and plans for EPAM's Data & AI partner ecosystem, aligned with company objectives and partner priorities
- Work with internal stakeholders and partner teams to advance EPAM's Data & AI GTM narrative and co-sell positioning
- Develop compelling thought leadership and content that differentiates EPAM and its partners in the market
- Collaborate with marketing teams and partner stakeholders to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, and events
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Implement marketing automation tools for lead tracking, scoring, and reporting
- Organize, support, and promote partner-related webinars, workshops, and in-person events
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including registration, coordination, and follow-up
- Represent EPAM at industry conferences and trade shows as needed
- Lead partner-focused demand generation strategies to capture and nurture leads
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively managed and converted
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and D365 to support pipeline visibility and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in partner marketing at a platform, solutions, or systems integrator company
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or cloud computing
- Hands-on experience working with Data & AI partners such as NVIDIA, Databricks, Anthropic, and Snowflake, and developing winning co-sell strategies
- Familiarity with marketing and sales automation platforms (Salesforce, D365, Marketo, or equivalent)
- Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into market-facing narratives
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative, partner-relevant marketing ideas
- Strong communication and presentation skills across internal and external audiences

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $140,000 - $150,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
