Call Center Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking to add to our team because we are expanding! We have immediate openings for a Bilingual - Call Center Representative at our Fresno call center. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls, meet the quota of appointments scheduled, and be a team player with a positive attitude!

Salary:

Hourly rate $17.00 base, with the ability to make $21 plus on commissions

Responsibilities and Duties:

The role of the Call Center Representative is to contact residential housing owners/renters by telephone, explain the programs available, ask a series of questions to determine if the homeowner/renter is eligible, qualify the residential housing owner for the program and set up an appointment with a designated Specialist.

• Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (includes 30 min lunch)
• Weekends off

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Successfully complete the required initial training and all additional training stated in the ISA Training Plan.
• Contact residential housing owners by telephone to educate them on the programs we have available.
• Qualify the residential housing owner for the program (which includes completing the appropriate documentation required over the phone).
• Set an appointment with the residential housing owner to meet with one of the company’s Specialist.
• Communicate the appointment date and time to the designated Specialist.
• Submit required documentation.
• Required to meet targeted goals.
• Contribute to the efforts of the team and the company’s overall goals.
• Maintain continuity by documenting and communication actions, irregularities, and continuing needs appropriately.
• Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bilingual - English and Spanish - Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 + years of customer service experience
• 1 + years of outbound calling experience highly preferred
• 1 + years of sales experience
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening
• Strong verbal, listening and communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Knowledge of MS Office
