Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Garden Grove, CA 92841
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.




Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload shipments from carriers and company trucks.
  • Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product descriptions before shipping.
  • Process shipping paperwork, including bills of lading (BOL), labels, and customer shipping instructions.
  • Use RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to pick, receive, and put away inventory.
  • Organize packed orders by shipping route.
  • Assist with receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Cross-train and support other warehouse team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
  • Basic math and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • General knowledge of electrical products is helpful but not required.
  • Experience operating Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), High Reach Forklift, or Order Picker (OP) is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Steel-toed work boots are required.
