We’re a fast-casual ramen destination with four LA locations, known for blending modern flavors with traditional ramen recipes—and we’re now hiring a Manager to join the team. If you’re ready to grow with a brand that takes pride in people and flavor, this is your bowl of ramen.

Responsibilities Include
Oversee ALL restaurant operations- ensuring all departments have what they need to succeed and keep them running smoothly
Providing exceptional food through extensive and daily quality control and HD guideline enforcement
Maintain compliance of state and federal labor laws in conjunction with company policies
Meet key financial objectives by controlling food and labor costs
Responsible for schedules, R&M, ordering and inventory management
Meeting key financial objectives while boosting sales, and continuing to deliver quality food and experience
Develop guest relations and responding to all online inquiries
Motivating and cultivating team members through feedback and recognition
Nurturing and upholding an encouraging, fun, family-like work environment
Other tasks as assigned by management, which may include special assignments of an administrative or operational nature.
Desired Skills & experience:
3-5+ years of Management experience in fast-paced / fast casual restaurants
Manager Serve Safe Certified
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Restaurant and Central Kitchen is equipped with ventilated air conditioning
Noise level is moderate to high
Temperatures vary from hot to cold
Floors may be slippery due to the nature of the business
Able to stand for 2-4 hours at a time
Able to reach overhead & outwards, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and squat
Able to lift, push, carry and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds or less

Compensation: Annual Salary ($69,000)
