Financial Systems Analyst POST NUMBER: 482162

A growing and innovative organization is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance critical finance systems, reporting processes, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and automate finance and reporting processes across multiple business functions.
• Design and maintain financial reporting solutions utilizing data from various systems and sources.
• Develop automated tools and dashboards to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Support commission, pricing, billing, and expense reporting initiatives through process automation and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Validate data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Create documentation, workflows, and reporting structures to support ongoing operational needs.
• Assist with system integrations, database reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting financial systems, reporting, business intelligence, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-powered productivity and automation tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Financial consulting, business process improvement, or systems implementation experience.
• Exposure to data visualization, forecasting, budgeting, or operational reporting.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Operations, Sales, or Executive leadership teams.
