Freelance Hybrid Graphic Designer

Position: Freelance Hybrid Graphic Designer in Thousand Oaks Wildflower Cases They must have:

• A successful candidate will have solid experience of 3 to 5 years designing for female, trendy, fashion brands whose target audience is females ages 12 to 28 ;
• Managing design projects is a bonus not required;
• Fashion experience required;
• Web design and designing content experience is very important with proficiency in Photoshop, and Illustrator designing social media assets, such as animations, banners, email design, pattern making, GIFs; email designs, and website banners, using existing campaign direction, and
• Experience Shopify/Amazon is a bonus;

A successful candidate will be able to meet at our Offices in Thousand Oaks on a regular basis. This role will start out as freelance contract and with a successful beginning opportunity for full-time may be offered. Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3-5 years working with Photoshop, Illustrator, any animation software;
• Very strong organizational, managing digital assets, and multi-tasking skills;
• Ability to execute the marketing vision, and work closely with the Marketing team and executives;
• Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude;
• Ability to work independently on projects and campaigns and;
• Collaborative team player and self-starter.

Education:

• BS, BA (Graphic Design or Design degree preferred).
• Required: 3 to 5 years, of applicable experience.

Working Hours:

• Due to the nature of the business, various hours may be needed including some weekends, and holidays;
• The position will begin as a part-time role for a probationary period of 3 to 6 months that may grow into a full-time position, if successful during the probationary period.
• This is NOT a fully remote position, but an onsite role with some flexibility to work from home depending on the business needs.
