Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed)
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Current Tele SCL and Reference Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.
