The Role: CEO of Your Community

As Executive Director, you are empowered to run the community as its CEO across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and specialized cognitive programming.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage community financials, labor hours, acuity reporting, and P&L metrics with sharp financial acumen.
• Lead from the Floor: Maintain a visible, hands-on presence…engaging directly with residents, families, and staff rather than managing behind a desk.
• Sustain an Exceptional Culture: Inspire and retain a dedicated team while honoring the legacy of trust established with local families.

What It Takes to Lead Here

• The Experience: Proven leadership as an Executive Director in upscale, high-touch senior living communities with strong AL and Memory Care footprints.
• The Credentials: Active California RCFE license required (or immediate willingness to obtain with company support).
