Enterprise Programs Management Director
- Serve as the principal program manager for Amgen India Technology Transformation, overseeing multiple interdependent projects across business and technology domains
- Ensure on-time delivery of milestones, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across global and local workstreams
- Drive project governance and maintain rigorous program discipline using structured methodologies
- Lead the design and maintenance of consolidated dashboards that track key transformation KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization
- Provide accurate, real-time reporting to executive leadership and transformation steering committees, synthesizing data into actionable insights
- Manage program budgets across multiple cost centers and funding sources, including capital and operational expenditures
- Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and compliance with global financial policies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, aligning business priorities with transformation outcomes
- Present program updates to senior executives and global steering groups, ensuring alignment and visibility
- Lead and mentor a hard-working team of program and project managers
- Oversee third-party vendors and consultants to ensure delivery commitments are met in scope, quality, and time
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
- 10% travel required

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong technical background, with demonstrated success managing large-scale, transformational or expansion-focused programs.
- Experience leading service expansion initiatives across global regions, including developing scalable processes and frameworks.
- Extensive program management experience, including work on high-impact, transformational initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise-level system overhauls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of process development and optimization in high-intensity program environments.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor or right hand to senior leadership, with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing a combination of direct and indirect reports, with an emphasis on influencing without authority across various business units.
