About the Role:Are you a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) looking for a flexible and supportive telehealth opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated clinician to provide high-quality remote therapy services to clients across California. This part-time role (10-20 hours per week) offers the potential for full-time expansion over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based treatment to clients with diverse mental health needs.

Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation to support billing and compliance.

Engage in professional development through clinical training, case consultations, and team meetings.

Ensure compliance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences regulations and maintain an active license.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Active and good-standing LCSW or LMFT license in California.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting.

Experience working with adult and geriatric populations is preferred.

Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping.

Reliable internet and computer access for telehealth sessions.

Compensation & Perks:

W2 position with a competitive rate of $70 per clinical hour.

Full caseload expected within 2-3 months.

Leadership opportunities with additional compensation.
