Online/Finishing Editor – Creative Services

Location: On-site
Compensation: $44–$55 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Finishing, versioning, and mastering localized marketing materials
• Organize, track, and maintain project documentation and status reports
• Perform quality control on timelines, input assets, and final outputs
• Manage files across production servers, client review systems, and archives
• Create master templates and train editors & assistant editors on their use

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of file formats, resolutions, and codecs
• Working knowledge of color correction and grading tools
• Proficiency with Mac systems and efficient navigation of OS/file structures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of editing experience in a creative environment or equivalent expertise
• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required); DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of UHD, HD, and SD post-production workflows, file types, frame rates, transcodes, color standards, audio formats, and delivery specs
• Experience with titles, credits, motion graphics, and basic VFX
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in business English
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends to meet deadlines
• Proven problem-solving skills and collaborative approach
• Forward-thinking and adaptable to emerging tools, technologies, and practices
