MEP Project Manager
MEP Project Manager position in San Francisco Bay Area
We are a large general contractor that works on some of the US’s biggest and best projects. We are currently seeking an MEP Project Manager to join our San Francisco Office.
Responsibilities:
- Estimating
- Preconstruction
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors
- Evaluate Bids
- Review and evaluate schedule
- Manage projects from conception to close-out
- Attend BIM Coordination and Owner Meetings
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of Mechanical or MEP experience
- Extensive knowledge of CA Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Codes and Requirements
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
