Jr Business Analyst

Responsibilities

The Jr. Business Analyst (BA) report to the Director and support the Business Analysts with a wide variety of data domains and business data needs. The Jr. BA will support multiple concurrent projects. Assist with identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Assist with specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, or related preferred.
2. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
3. Previous analyst experience in a business office setting preferred.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
5. Familiarity using varied statistical methods preferred.
6. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
7. Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
8. Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.
9. High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.
10. Proficient in MS Suite preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.50 to $38.25.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
