Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator

We’re currently seeking full-time Class A drivers in Sacramento, CA who are hardworking, dependable, and ready to advance their careers in the towing and transportation industry.

Position Overview
As a Commercial Driver, you’ll play a critical role in delivering equipment and materials, supporting recovery operations, and ensuring safe transport under DOT regulations. This position involves operating vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of over 26,000 pounds , and we offer training for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and drive vehicles with GVW over 26,000 pounds

• Load and unload freight using appropriate handling equipment

• Ensure load contents are securely packed and organized

• Perform regular vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (oil, fuel, tire pressure, etc.)

• Navigate routes using GPS and dispatch systems

• Complete accurate driving and delivery logs

• Follow all applicable Hours of Service regulations and safety guidelines

• Maneuver and park large trucks in varied conditions

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report

• Reliable attendance and availability for variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate tools such as electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks

• Previous experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidates
