Job Description

Pay Range: $16.70 to $19.65 per hour

• Manage all incoming mail, both internally and externally for the Accounts Payable Department. This includes opening, separating, batching, and distributing all documents.
• Scan and file invoices, credit memos, BOL, and receiving documents for linking
• Manage, sort, and review vendor statements.
• Assist in the invoice validation process by page breaking invoices and validating dates and amounts.
• Assist in the retrieval of documents for other departments.
• Research issues that may arise.
• Additional Assignments given by supervisor or manager

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• General office experience; Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred
• Data entry experience required and basic computer skills including Excel and 10-key by touch
• Ability to work independently be detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to handle confidential records
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure situations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
