Job Overview:

• We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented person to join our Dietary Team as a Cook at our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Essential Duties of a Dietary Cook:

• Follow detailed instructions for the prepared menus and portion control guides.
• Prepare delicious and tasteful meals, cooking a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Accurately prepare special diets.
• Record food temperatures for the meals.
• Cooperate and work in harmony with personnel in all departments.
• Clean cooking area and serving carts.
• Report resident care concerns and potential issues to the Administrator and/or Director of Nurses.
