Senior Server
Grá is a Michelin Bib dinner restaurant near Echo Park specializing in organic sourdough pizza, natural wine and elevated sides. We cook our pizza in a wood fired oven and take inspiration from all over the world, allowing the seasons to dictate our menu from one week to the next. We take great pride in serving food with finesse from our Pistachio Pesto Pizza to our Kimchi Snack, Seasonal Tartare to Pickled Cucumber Salad to name but a few, serving mainly organic food in a delicious and authentic form.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server, one who truly loves this industry and takes pride in their work. You must have good energy, enjoy interacting with guests, have excellent communication skills and appreciate good music!
To be successful in this role you should be humble, hard working, organised, a positive team player and be able to articulate the intricacies of food with an understanding of pairing with natural wine. Strong wine knowledge is a must.
