We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coaching Coordinator to support a sales and coaching team during a high-volume period. This role is a mix of outbound appointment setting, administrative work, and customer service. It requires comfort with a high call volume, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established workflows across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities
- Set sales appointments for the coaching sales team through high-volume outbound calling (approximately 85 calls per day)
- Work primarily from database leads, including re-engagement and follow-up outreach, along with some inbound web leads
- Contact individuals who have attended events or purchased other offerings to introduce available coaching services
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and daily sales support activities
- Assist with onboarding new coaches and provide coach support via Slack
- Respond professionally to inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication
- Support additional administrative or sales support tasks as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role
- Comfortable with high outbound call volume and structured appointment-setting work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple steps across systems
- Ability to follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Motivated self-starter who can manage assigned workload and take on additional responsibilities when available
