Responsibilities:
- Find, Estimate, Sell, and Manage one or multiple commercial Controls TI and new construction projects
- Build strong relationship with building owners, general contractors and large mechanical subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget

- 5+ years of controls sales experience
