VTS is central to Visa’s global strategy for securing digital commerce and enabling innovative payment experiences across channels, devices, and markets. This global platform team delivers the foundational capabilities that support tokenization at scale and the launch of next-generation token solutions, in close partnership with Visa’s business, technical, and client organizations.
This role is pivotal—it sits at the core of Visa’s digital strategy, where platform resilience, extensibility, and innovation converge.
As part of the VTS Core Platform team, you will lead high-impact product initiatives that define Visa’s next-generation token infrastructure. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong product instincts and deep technical fluency — someone who can drive platform innovation while navigating legal, regulatory, and partner constraints.
You will work cross-functionally with global partnerships, regional teams, engineering, architecture, and operations to define and execute strategy, deliver scalable solutions, and drive adoption across a diverse partner ecosystem.
If you are passionate about building resilient platforms that power billions of transactions—and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments — this is your opportunity to drive global impact.
Essential Functions
Define and evolve product requirements, use cases, and technical capabilities for the Visa Token Service platform.
Lead end-to-end product execution—from ideation to delivery—ensuring timely, high-quality launches in an agile environment.
Partner with engineering and architecture to shape scalable, resilient, and extensible system designs.
Develop and manage a well-groomed product backlog, prioritize features based on impact, risk, and strategic fit.
Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with regional and partner teams to incorporate client feedback, navigate market nuances, and ensure global alignment.
Balance competing priorities from external stakeholders, internal teams, and regulatory/legal frameworks.
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for VTS platform evolution.
Build strong, trust-based relationships across teams, including those without direct reporting lines—to drive alignment and solve cross-functional challenges.
Represent VTS in client discussions, synthesize feedback to inform product design and market readiness.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
