Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking full-time pediatric clinical therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children ages 0-14. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0-14), parents, and families through a user-friendly platform.
Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation for each patient, including intake notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Engage in weekly case reviews and collaborative meetings with your manager and team to continuously improve care.
About You
You're a master's-level therapist, independently licensed in California, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
You have at least 1 year of independent experience providing psychotherapy to children and families, with a focus on evidence-based treatment for common mental health conditions.
You're comfortable using technology and open to integrating tech solutions into your clinical practice.
You are not opted out of Medicare.
You're passionate about supporting children and families through mental health care and excited to join an innovative, growing organization.
Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Flexibility to accommodate children's schedules: 50% of your clinical sessions should be after 3pm PST (M-F) or on Saturdays.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Approximately $103,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your preferred schedule and experience.
