Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Duties: The maintenance supervisor must possess the ability to perform a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance/repair and modification of equipment HVAC units buildings utility systems and grounds; construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills; follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical electrical and systems equipment as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for managing the housekeeping department. The Housekeeping department maintains the facility in a clean and safe environment for clients staff and visitors.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• A high school graduate/GED.
• A valid California drivers license.
• Three to five years experience in operation and maintenance of physical plant in health care setting or major industrial complex.
• Proficient in at least two building trades with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

About the Campus: Crestwoods program in Vallejo is based on a commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them well on the road to recovery. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of Residential Care for Elderly (RCFE) supports independence while providing health and wellness programs managing both physical and behavioral problems and promoting integration into the community.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidates skills experience licensure and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$70000 - $75000 USD
