IT Support Analyst, Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for Windows systems, network issues, printers, and Microsoft applications.
- Troubleshoot, document, and escalate incidents following standard operating procedures.
- Assist with service requests while maintaining strong communication and customer service skills.
Skills:
- Strong communication and active listening to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for IT-related issues.
- Collaboration and adaptability to work well with teams and handle changing priorities.
Education/Experience:
- 6+ months of experience in IT or related area.
- 6+ months of experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting (e.g., root cause analysis, debugging).
- Any education will work.
