We are looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking) to join our Santa Clara office. This role will support sales order processing, logistics coordination, and daily communication with our Taiwan headquarters.

The ideal candidate has around 5 years of experience , strong organizational skills, and is fluent in both Mandarin and English .

Duties

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
• Resolve any issues related to shipping delays or discrepancies in orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align logistics strategies with customer needs.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics and suggest improvements as needed.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and coordinate with logistics partners
• Communicate with Taiwan HQ in Mandarin regarding inventory and shipment updates
• Track deliveries, handle shipping documents, and resolve logistics issues
• Maintain accurate sales, logistics, and customer records in ERP/CRM systems
• Prepare basic sales and logistics reports for management

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear coordination with team members and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges in the supply chain.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Around 5 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or related roles
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English (both written and spoken)
• Familiar with shipping, import/export, and logistics processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
