Staff Accountant x 70K - 80K x South Bay POST NUMBER: 439486
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 1-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel What will you do in this Staff Accountant role?
• Prepare and post journal entries for various accounting transactions
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end and year-end close
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations
• Generate and issue invoices to customers
• Apply customer payments and reconcile AR accounts
