• Master the Menu: Execute our signature sandwich menu with consistency, ensuring every plate meets our high standards for flavor, temperature, and presentation.

• Prep with Purpose: Handle daily food prep-including slicing high-quality meats, preparing house-made sauces, and portioning fresh ingredients-to keep the kitchen ready for the rush.

• Own the Line: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station. You'll need to pivot quickly between tickets while keeping your cool during the busy lunch hour.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the FOH team and fellow cooks to ensure smooth communication and timely ticket fulfillment.

• Maintain Safety: Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards. From temperature logs to station cleanliness, you ensure a safe environment for the team and our guests.

• Line Experience: Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen. Experience with deli-style service or high-volume sandwich production is a plus.

• Knife Skills: Strong fundamental skills and the ability to handle high-quality ingredients with care and efficiency.

• Reliability: A solid work ethic and the flexibility to work shifts that include mornings, weekends, and midday rushes.

• Sense of Urgency: The ability to move fast without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

• Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever the kitchen needs support.

• Certifications: A valid Food Handler card is required.
