Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead and optimize operations across all offices in the Southern California markets. Partnering closely with our doctors and leadership team, this role will drive revenue growth, enhance patient experience, identify expansion opportunities, and foster a high-performing, positive culture across the region.

This position provides a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our dental services and make a meaningful impact on patient care across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Operations, proactively escalating market needs, risks, and opportunities across all supported offices.
  • Provide direct operational support and guidance to Practice Managers and Partner Doctors, ensuring timely resolution of office-level challenges.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Practice Managers to drive performance, engagement, and long-term leadership growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts for key clinical and administrative roles, ensuring consistent talent coverage across the market.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure employees are fully equipped to meet operational and clinical standards.
  • Establish clear roles, expectations, and performance metrics to drive accountability and operational excellence.
  • Lead the strategic execution and initial oversight of new service lines, including Orthodontics, Pediatrics, and Oral Surgery, across multiple dental offices.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop, manage, and track budgets for service line expansion, including staffing, equipment, and supply investments.
  • Conduct routine operational reviews to assess patient flow, team performance, and overall efficiency across offices.
  • Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions to ensure continuity, compliance, and performance stability.
  • Leverage staff and patient feedback to optimize workflows, resolve challenges, and elevate the overall patient experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to production and operational performance, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Provide hands-on leadership support within offices as needed, addressing staffing issues, scheduling challenges, and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-site operational management experience in dental settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate complex implementations.
  • Maintain familiarity with dental practices and specialized services like Orthodontics, Pediatrics, Dentistry and Oral Surgery, including equipment requirements, patient workflows, and staffing needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinical staff, administrative teams, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous management experience within Orthodontics, Pediatrics, or Oral Surgery.
