Position Details:

• Monday-Friday days (flexible hours with scheduler)
• 1:1 patient care throughout Santa Rosa, CA
• Ideal candidate will be a t eam player with strong communication skills. High adaptability, problem-solving, and willingness to help beyond regular duties required.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• WellSky Kinser EMR required
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
