As a Senior Product Manager on our Product Line Management team, you will drive the strategy and execution for Gigamon’s cloud visibility and security solutions across both public and private cloud environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams to define and deliver innovative products that address the evolving needs of IT and security teams. Your work will directly impact Gigamon’s growth by shaping product direction, enabling customer success, and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute product strategy for cloud visibility and security products targeting xOps teams across multiple industry verticals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify gaps, customer needs, and opportunities for new products and capabilities; build business cases for new initiatives.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with sales engineering, customers, CTO, CISO, sales, and R&D teams.
- Champion the voice of the customer, driving product evolution and expansion based on market feedback and quantified growth opportunities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from vision to bookings, including pricing strategies to maximize product margins.
- Translate product strategy into actionable solution capabilities in partnership with engineering.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, evangelizing Gigamon’s cloud solutions internally and externally with customers and partners.
- Support the creation of compelling sales enablement and customer-facing assets, including presentations, white papers, web content, and sales playbooks.
- Provide account-specific support to the global field team to strengthen customer relationships and drive new business.
What you’ve done:
- Earned an MS in Engineering; MBA strongly preferred.
- Accumulated 10+ years of product management and product marketing experience in virtualization and cloud technologies, with exposure to both established companies and start-up environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing cloud products for AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and private clouds such as VMware ESX/NSX, OpenStack, and Nutanix; experience with Kubernetes is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of cloud, virtualization, and Kubernetes networking technologies.
- Experience defining and building orchestration and automation solutions.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role is expected to be between $192,000 - $240,000 (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit programs, which may include health and other insurances such as life and disability, and savings accounts such as a retirement plan with company matching contributions or similar, paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick), tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program (EAP), business travel accident insurance, employee discounts, and employee referral program. Additionally, employees may be eligible to participate in the Profit Interest Units plan.
