Millwork Estimator
Summary
One of North County San Diego's most successful and sought-after General Contractors is continuing to grow and they are in need of an experienced Commercial Millwork Estimator for projects occurring in San Diego County, CA . If you feel that you possess the necessary skills to satisfy the requirements, then simply apply and you will hear back from one of our team members. Duties & Responsibilities- Attend Job Walks
- Field Dim projects as needed
- Keep accurate records of each project
- Review bid requests
- Communicate with company engineer, project manager and shop foreman
- Answer questions regarding quotes
- Perform take-offs from Architectural Drawings to include materials and labor
- Submit Requests for Information
- Request competitive pricing from vendors
- Use company program for estimating and maintain up to date pricing
Qualifications & Requirements
- Knowledge of all wood working products
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural Drawings
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience estimating
