About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our esteemed surgical team in the Pasadena, CA area. This full-time, employed position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing comprehensive care for patients with complex cardiovascular and thoracic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures including CABG, Valve Repair/replacement, and minimally invasive thoracic surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preoperative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in patient education, discussing surgical options, risks, and recovery process.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or eligibility in Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery.
• Completion of an accredited cardiothoracic surgery residency and fellowship program.
• Valid California Medical License or eligibility for licensure in California
• Demonstrated expertise in performing complex Cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and continuous professional development.
