**Job Title:** Customer Account Coordinator

**Location:** Simi Valley, CA

**Shift:** 1st Shift

**Pay Rate:** $20-$30/hr

**Job Core Responsibilities:**

- Receive, review, and enter purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring proper requirements flow down.

- Raise quotes and customer documentation, prioritize workload to ensure excellent service delivery to customers.

- Respond to customer emails and phone calls, serving as the primary point of contact for buyers and supply chain personnel.

- Coordinate site visits to Meggitt's facilities and arrange customer meetings as needed.

- Refer pricing queries to the Senior Customer Account Representative or Commercial functions for accurate pricing application.

- Track and reconcile open order reports, internal and external customer scorecards, verifying Meggitt's performance metrics.

- Produce costing sheets in collaboration with Procurement, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing departments for accurate quoting.

- Utilize SAP product recognition to identify parts for sale and manage lead times, initiating the relevant enquiry process for unfamiliar parts.

- Monitor and manage customer portals to ensure pricing, quantities, lead times, and contract terms align with authority delegated by functional leaders.

**Education Level:**

- Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of relevant industry experience (Required)

- Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience (Preferred)

**Field of Study/Area of Experience:**

- Customer service, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce.com, Robot Morning/Demand Line

**Experience:**

- 2+ years of experience in customer service

**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:**

- Familiarity with regulations pertaining to products and customers (e.g., FAR, DFARS, DEFCONS)

- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures

- Strong data gathering and report preparation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Customer service orientation

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and web browsers

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
