What You'll Do

Financial & Accounting Support

* Set up new properties and projects in the accounting system
* Review contracts and agreements for accurate billing and tracking
* Maintain account records and support daily accounting operations
* Assist with month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations

Billing & Accounts Receivable

* Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
* Track billable expenses and supporting documentation
* Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
* Maintain receivable records and cash flow projections

Financial Analysis & Reporting

* Analyze budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability
* Monitor project financial performance and work in progress
* Assist with revenue recognition and reporting requirements
* Support forecasting and cash management activities

Team Collaboration

* Partner with operations and management teams
* Support vendors, consultants, and invoice processing
* Assist with audits and special projects
* Deliver excellent internal customer service

What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of accounting, project accounting, or property accounting experience

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Accounts Receivable
• Invoicing
• Financial Reporting

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:

• VLOOKUPs
• Pivot Tables

✅ Experience with ERP or accounting systems

✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
