Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. We seek an individual who will establish and lead a wet laboratory focused on primary brain tumor biology, with an emphasis on translating discoveries into early-phase and investigator-initiated clinical trials while expanding the clinical trials portfolio and advancing multidisciplinary collaboration. Candidates must have completed neurosurgery training, be board-certified or eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, and be eligible for a California medical license. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate excellence or strong potential in clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activity, with a trajectory toward regional or national recognition.
