We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities

Applicants must be able to:
* Work a minimum of four days a week, and have Friday & Saturday availability
* Work a minimum of 30 hours a week
* Sustaining fully-open availability is a plus!

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests
* Lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

The responsibility of our team is to create a unique dining experience and produce and serve the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures, while working in a fast paced, high energy environment.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
