Intake Specialist (Law Firm)
We are seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake: Answer calls and gather initial case information.
- Screening: Evaluate potential cases based on firm criteria.
- Scheduling: Coordinate consultations with attorneys.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records in the system.
