Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Label, palletize, and stage orders for outbound delivery.
• Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

• Pallet Jack Operation.
• Forklift Experience (a plus).

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs).

Pay Rate:

DOE (Depending on Experience).
