Pure Storage is seeking an exceptional product leader to help define and drive the future of data infrastructure.You will own a strategic business platform, acting as the GM of their domain. You will be responsible for setting product strategy, understanding customer needs, analyzing competitive dynamics, and delivering measurable business outcomes. These roles are pivotal to Pure’s next wave of innovation and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major platform within Pure’s portfolio


• Deeply understand customer problems, emerging trends, and competitive threats


• Define and deliver strategies that increase win rates and displace incumbents


• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, GTM, Product Marketing, Support, and Business Development


• Own product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates in the market


• Drive continuous innovation to create category-defining solutions


• Identify and close gaps across product, marketing, partnerships, and enablement to accelerate adoption and revenue


• Serve as a customer-facing thought leader and trusted partner across internal and external stakeholders


• 6+ years of Product Management experience with increasing scope and leadership


• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in complex, matrixed environments


• Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex ideas and influence across all levels


• Experience driving GTM initiatives or collaborating deeply with product marketing


• High-energy, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels


• Passion for competition, innovation, and market disruption


• Familiarity with storage infrastructure, enterprise IT, or cloud platforms


• Prior experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure companies


• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$199,000 - $299,000 USD
