・Language: English / Japanese ▶︎Key Responsibilities
- Support office administration tasks and assist with process improvements as needed
- Record journal entries and input data into accounting systems
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
- Check and process employee expense reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support bank transactions and payment processing
- Prepare accounting documents and reports as requested
- Communicate with external accountants or auditors when necessary
- Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned
▶︎ Required:
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or general office administration
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
